I don’t see how they can sell the license less than Dirac Black Friday price. But who knows!I’m not sure. It does feel a bit too cheap, which makes it seem somewhat suspicious. I paid using Google Pay.

Nice, but you should not post order details online ...I am not very familiar with this site, but I went ahead and ordered the A1H license.

I see. In that case, it might be a good idea to be prepared for a chargeback.Flavio has said elsewhere that Texas HiFi is not on their reseller list.
HTP-1 now!Any pre/pro with DIRAC ART with at least four XLR outs outside of the Storm Audio stuff?
For an active speaker setup.
For the lovers of XLR outputs we now have Marantz AV10, AV20 (and shortly AV30?), Monoprice HTP-1, Denon A1H (subs only), and of course the StormAudio and Hyperion AVP's.HTP-1 now!

Well, one person referenced active speakers. If the speakers have balanced inputs it makes sense to match them.Objectively for 99% of setups I don't see the point of XLR!
For those missing "Loudness" on D&M gear - there is a "Loudness" feature associated with the Dolby Mixer/Decoder, which also has optional Volume Compression for late night use...Of those, IIRC only Storm and Monoprice offer PEQ and loudness compensation. D+M offer neither. (Not 100% if AudioControl has PEQ or not.) Hyperion appears to be further crippled, unfortunately, with no Auromatic.

Also, many immersive systems use remote amps. We have a long 16-channel snake going from AVP to remote amp rack, for example.
I understand that to be a normalization feature and not volume-dependent equalization. For those missing "Loudness" on D&M gear - there is a "Loudness" feature associated with the Dolby Mixer/Decoder, which also has optional Volume Compression for late night use...
The HTP-1 has no filter limit, like Denon/Marantz has. My current 7.3.6 setup has 240 cross term "filters" or what ever that number means.Does anyone know how manyART filterscross terms HTP-1 have?
D&M can use up to 98ART filterscross terms, Stormaudio units have differentART filterscross term count.(100~500, I guess)
Will I need to re-run measurements for install? The HTP-1 has no filter limit, like Denon/Marantz has. My current 7.3.6 setup has 240 cross term "filters" or what ever that number means.
With the HTP-1? After doing ART firmware update (and ART licence activation) you need to do new Dirac calibration. Will I need to re-run measurements for install?

Great to see ART being implemented wider. Always good for us to have a choice and kudos to Monoprice for upping the number of filters. Can't be a bad thing for sure. The HTP-1 has no filter limit, like Denon/Marantz has. My current 7.3.6 setup has 240 cross term "filters" or what ever that number means.
HTP-1's ART firmware was released as a public beta. There may still be some issues that our testing didn't show, we can't test every combination. But in my system it has been stable.Have not been following HTP-1 for long time - I would hope that by now it is stable and worry-free? No pun intended, just an honest question.
F-Y'all-I: I started a "general thread" about these "licenses" — https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...as-hifi-—-probably-a-scam.68330/#post-2475928Even the Dirac CEO has chimed in:
