Hello,

I have recently purchases a set of DCA Noire headphones, and while the headband is comfortable, the two-wire design can resonate for a long time even at the lightest touch, adding noise to the listening experience. Therefore, I designed a brace part to stop the headband wires from resonating. With my testing, this design works well and stops the resonance effectively.

After installation on headband. Design works effectively. The brace stays in place with friction and doesn't fall out with regular stretch and twist of the headband. No glue is needed, and the mod is perfectly reversiable.

Are you all experiencing the same problem? What do you all think about this design? Let me know if you want to try this mod as well, and I can share my 3D model.

Brilliant! I have the Noire X and this is a real problem. I wonder if it couldn't be fixed in a less visible spot...

Perhaps we can make the "brace" part in the same black anodized aluminum finish, so it blends in with the headphone better. The 3D printed version works so great so I haven't tried that yet.
