Wellness revolves around several key areas. The key areas are nutrition, sleep, exercise and mental health. The first three contribute quite alot to mental health. Just looking at nutrition and exercise there are many well known regimes. Some make a total ban on some things depending on ones current health. However those in better health are free to experiment with various available solutions whos aim is to ensure your health does not stray to critical levels or levels of no return.

One possible therapy is to give your body four days of workout followed by three days of rest in a week as blocks, Please consult a doctor first especially if you have an existing medical condition. In this therapy your body needs three days a week as a block where you keep your diet simple, no processed foods, no cooking oil, no salt, no sugar, no spices, no meat,no alcohol, no sex. You can experiment with one day in a week first then slowly add a second day and so forth. This is for the purpose of keeping your bodys healing mechanism in good shape. Please consult a doctor first especially if you have an existing medical condition.

All the above goes hand in hand with mental interventions to ensure all the work being put in does not go to waste. Our mood can be in any of the three problematic states at any time. It is preferable to stay away from any of these three clusters. The first cluster consists of fear, depression, low self-esteem, shame and hopelessness. The second cluster is pride, being pompous, being cold-hearted, jealous and evil. The third cluster contains anger, rage, hatred and bitterness. Keeping off these clusters is very important for general well-being as your body is controlled by hormones. Self-reflection is important even though we are sometimes blind to our mistakes.

If your feeling lost remember life is more about self discovery and self development and living in harmony with the environment, in the end one is a student on a stage so self improvement is the goal. It is less about the host and more about the guest. Were just but apprentices on the pieces of canvas that are our lives, no one really knows, the artist is free to paint whatever their heart desires, yes neighbouring artists can influence your art, what will you paint today is up to you, then again not really.

If your feeling belittled or oppressed, turn the other cheek. What does turning the other cheek mean? Turning the other cheek means not to be offended or embittered by grievances you have suffered. It may require you to be open minded and creative and choose a win/win approach in resolving the contention. This is where Wu-Wei comes in. This goes hand in hand with not being over judgmental of your neighbor or hating your neighbor, you may find it difficult to like them but dont hate them . Turning the other cheek is more for your benefit than anyone else as it sets you free from your self imposed chains.

I want you to imagine about this casual friend who you meet from time to time and greet and occasionally hug each other. You are at the same level social economically. So today you met and instead of the usual greeting they gave you a good slap, the kind that leaves you warm. Now I want you to describe what is happening to you inside and outside. What thoughts are going on in your mind. What about your body what is it doing? At this point in time, where were you going and what were your plans for the day? Houston do we have anyone home?

Wu-Wei or turning the other cheek is a very difficult concept to explain. It gives one the power to recover from a vampire bite once bitten by one. Only by very many examples would one probably start understanding what it all means. Even the attached example doesnt even scratch the surface.

Hopefully the above measures will reverse brain damage and keep depression at bay however we have not addressed post partum depression. One of the choices one has to make when they have a new born is whether to breast feed the young one or not. There is a balance to make between work and family as well as breast shape. There may be no time to breast feed or there are health reasons why you cannot breast feed or it could just be possible maintaining breast shape. Natural birth is a very traumatizing experience. Where possible the baby should suckle immediately. This natural magic protects a woman from brain damage caused by the event. Postpartum Depression can be reduced or avoided. The breast feeding mechanism also heals the vagina. At this time the vagina is traumatized. The breast feeding causes orgasms that tighten and clean out the reproductive system. The release of stress fighting hormones is very critical.

Stress tolerance, conflict resolution, hate management, anger management is a gift that should have been developed in the yearly years of ones life through mentorship.

Autism and other neurological disorders are an every day challenge. Babies who breast feed between one to two years start life at an advantage. Minimize the use of breast pumps unless where unavoidable.

Breast feeding is known to reverse various neurological disorders such as mild autism. During pregnancy the mothers and child brain network. It is during this time that the mother or the child agree or fight each other depending on the distance between their brain configurations. Or the child may not like the mothers environment. Studies suggest this is one of the points autism forms. Stress has been suggested as a link to autistic children or children with dual gender or reversed gender (hardware is one gender but software is another gender). Another link is aged parents where environmental damage has affected genes. Another link is environmental hormones. Some form of autism may have been as a result of the child forming firewalls to hamper communication between the child and mothers systems. If all goes well mother and child can hijack each others systems. This is what causes cravings in mothers.

Babies continue to maintain their sixth sense for several months after they are born. Breast feeding less than one year is not recommended unless otherwise as it is too short a time for brain development. Breast feeding beyond two years may have diminishing returns. The baby has developed new skills such as talking and walking. They have gotten used to being hurt as they try out the walking and new exciting challenges await. It is after two years that we may want to harden the child to the harsh realities of life, we want to slightly alter brain development.

There are children who do not want to breast feed or they stop breast feeding before one year. There are also those babies that have to be fought off the breast after the two year period. There is a link here to early verses late developers. Usually these are indicators of some neurological configuration in the child or the mother or both.

There is a correlation between between child development and duration of breast feeding. These discrepancies can be evident in adulthood. So where do different personalities form?

Although this is the 'fun topics' forum, it's still Audio *Science* Review so I have to ask - can I get a source on this? And some clarity around the phrase "your body's healing mechanism"? How does this mechanism work, what is it comprised of, etc ? What is the relationship between that and abstinence from sex, "spices", and/or reasonable amounts of cooking oil, salt, and sugar in an otherwise healthy individual?
