I couldn't figure this out. I enabled Bluetooth on the S15, and tapped "pair with new device", and the wait-cursor kept rotating for a minute or more. Evidently, the handheld remote is not in discoverable mode, or it's some other problem. What do you do to get the remote handset to get into pairing mode? Any help will be appreciated... I don't want to be forced to just use the Fiio app for all remote control.You just add the remote in the bluetooth menu.
I will tell you what I need. I need someone in the Chicago area to come over and set up my S15 for me, too many little words. Unsureo f using app on my phone. Realy usure how to get graphics on my TV, will pay $200 to anyone that can help me. Best to get me through my email atHas anyone checked the spectrum analyser display to see if it's actually analysing the spectrum, or it's just a dummy? I tried playing some tracks and switched to spectrum analyser, and the spectrum I saw was totally different from what my RME ADI2 FS displays. When I switched to VU meter, I could see the amplitude on the meters corresponding to the musical content, so that display is real. I think the spectrum analyser is a dummy animation.

That should not be an issue. I occasionally use the Fiio Control app on my iPad and the S15 always shows up on the device list. Is your S15's firmware updated to the latest version (1.0.3)?Is the problem because it is an IOS/Apple phone foes it have to be androis. I get the control app on my apple phone buy cannot get anywhere with it because there is no listing of s 15 when i gp tp help amd search nothng happens hapens? It cannot be this hard.
