In a world gone mad, it's nice to find something reassuring...

(I mean, they have changed the cap design at some point along the way, but, otherwise -- yeah)

:)
Accidentally breaking one of those almost go me fired from a job once. Yes it had the price of 19 cents printed on the side. The head of accounting wanted my head. After my boss talked to the owner (he had been with the company from day one) the Chief Accountant almost went looking for a job. Amazingly Walmart has these now for less than a dime each. They sold the billionth one in 2006.

Interesting story (albeit not in a good way)!
I like the regular old medium point BIC pens, I must confess.
Pretty classic bit of design, both functionally & aesthetically.

... but we digress.

just don't burn your fur, it might smell even funkier if you do ;)

(nah, not going into further details on why&how i might have acquired knowledge of such truly horrific things....)
My father was a industrial paramedic and firefighter for a major metals and fertilizer(s) industrial refinery facility. He always had a big mustache and I asked him one day why he has one when he is expected to be Scott Air Pack ready. He said if there is extreme heat that he can smell it burning. I still to this day don't know if he was serious or not. :D
