nowadays CG is so much prevalant the action scenes no longer surprises. I remember the movie and outrunning train and catching bullet were good action scenes. Probably more hardwork than these days. The scenes were slowly buildup along with story line so carried merit. nowadays I feel movies are made just to show action scenes.

Once the effects added a bit of fun to a movie here and there. Now a bit of story is thrown in between the effects.
I believe I may have found the perfect mechanical robustness test for new equipment, and must suggest this be added to each new DAC etc tested to assure immunity to mechanical shock, heat and vibration.
