The video is of effectively a record attempt at a strength sport.

In regular beer garden/hall work the strongest ladies would iirc carry up to six mugs, about 15kg, in each hand. That's a hard laboring job but in terms of acute and chronic injury risk idk how it compares with other hard laboring jobs.
More of chronic injury - lumbar disc herniation, B/l lower limb sciatica, Ulnar nerve compression at elbow and wrist.I see so many cases in our Coffee plantations, myself included!!!

To my ears this sounds too tragic... the same logic would need to apply for all those pathetic weight-lifters in the gym...
These pals at least do it for the joy of others. And, anyway, for a month during which performance is a need for the customers to enjoy their time rather than be there for 10 minutes because "there's too many people, we'll never make to a table and be served quick".

I still remember, being in Munchen for business, many years after my last presence at Oktoberfest... I was close to Marienplatz, probably at the Paulaner's or Franziskaner who knows, a local may correct me...
Got in, found a place to seat, got my waiter's attention, and ordered a "ein schitzel paniert mit kartofeln salad, un eine grosses bier, bitte." (sorry for the Gernam speakers, this is as far as my German can get me...)
I still remember the waiter's grin as he acknowledged that I acknowledged I actually just had asked for a one-liter one...
Nevertheless, the schnitzel was big, and the salad too, so that the size of the beer was just perfect.
It was not easy, yes, but I would go through it again, no doubt.
