It was indeed very short and also small. There had been developments in the late 80s, but as widely known the whole thing only exploded after the wall fell.Was there any kind of rave scene in DDR, @Ropeburn? If so, what was it like? The TV cop-comedy show Kleo showed post-DDR Berlin instantly exploding with it but that was a few years after it really kicked off in the UK. It only occurred to me now that that there was a short overlap between commie rule and rave.
