but I bought Labour of Lust sound unheard (well, actually, I think American Squirm was getting some airplay on the cooler local stations in DC/Baltimore) on the strength of a Steve Simels review in Stereo Review.

Steve Simels was and remains my favorite rock music critic.

Yeah... I had S. enteritidis in the military, bad shit, really. One can catch it even from salad (I refrain from explaining the chain of infection to the public)

My base knowledge makes me wonder: if you inject pure oxygen into water... what if you do too much? Water's capacity to bind it must be limited, wouldn't the excess gas out again, and potentially make your tapwater explosive?

Reminds me of videos I’d seen of people who had wells in areas where there was fracking going on. Clearly, too much oxygen in their water was not the culprit here!

I suppose the area plumbers here can’t screw things up: BOTH taps are HOT in this household!
