If no-one was fat, no-one would be thin. The trouble is delusion. Be the best version of yourself, take a joke and move on.
Other people rarely will dislike or make fun of you, if you make a genuine effort rather than complaining all the time.
We all have trouble in our lives somehow, and no-one is perfect. But straighten your back and smile... That makes everyone nicer... A universal solution to trouble and hardship
