Our local Kölsch here is specifically designed for fast drinkers. It gets stale rather quickly, which is why it's served in small, tall 0.2l glasses, affectionately called test tubes. No chance getting warm, not enough time. The servers ("Köbes") also keep bringing new ones without asking, as soon as the glass is empty. You have to stop them deliberately by putting the coaster on the glass.
