In July 1982 Da Da Da by Trio made it to No. 2 in the UK singles chart.

Ahead of it at No. 1 was Fame by Irene Cara, a song (and soft porn film) about hot young people doing dance and aerobics in leg warmers.

Looking back at pop music from the 70s and 80s there's a lot of absurdity.

But I appreciate Zlad!'s homage to Giorgio Moroder.
