No. Only water and a little cellulose afaict.
Word.

I had a great soup that I put together for one of my clients when I was still Chef-ing: Zucchini-Basil Soup with Pink Peppercorn Creme Fraiche.
Simple base using a white mirepoix with fennel (no celery), a little garlic and bouquet garni, a good helping of Zucchini, all simmered in water just until tender and a little spinach with a lot of fresh basil for color and flavor, pureed smooth and passed through a Chinoise, seasoned well with Kosher Salt. The Creme Fraiche was just salted with fresh ground pink peppercorn added until it was speckled pink with that delightful pungent flavor poking through. Garnish always changed beyond the CF and some chifonade Basil. A good vehicle for poached shrimp. :)

It's either
1. too late
2. I am already drunk
3. I am definitely uneducated
I still prefer to fall in the first 2, but, well... yer never know. heeelp.

Sounds sophisticated.
I prefer for Zucchini two basical approaches:
- fried in (appropriate for this) olive oil
- baked in the oven or grilled with garlic olive oil attached
Both are equivalent in resulting quality, but taste a little different.
But if the Zucchini is, like here in winter, coming from Netherlands, where 1 L of water is turned to gold by growing tomatoes and that stuff without taste, all that runs into 'forget it, won't work in this season'.

Zucchini definitely can feed geese, no matter fried, baked, steamed, raw. Enough said. Just have your oven ready for later, of course.

Beautiful room, I believe many would call it quite warm feeling.
At least till you start playing music?
Who thought this was a great ad to run in The Absolute Sound ?
