Thanks. As a literalist, I turned my 'phone to the right, and just got no change. When I rotated clockwise, I very briefly got it, until my 'phone rotated the screen back again!

Same here. I did as instructed and turned my phone, but the image on my laptop screen didn't reveal anything new.
