I had a colleague whose name was Krfsczyk or something. Don't remember the exact spelling but it was 100% consonants.

Europe can be funny in that regard. You can be in a Bavarian village where people speak in 100% vowels, and just 10km east past the Czech border you have a completely different language family and 100% consonants. Haha

You can also have the reverse, a Morocon friend of me his last name is Berraoui, it's just missing the y to have all the vowels of the alphabet in it... (in Latin script).

And the best is, in his mother tongue Tarifit (a Berber-language from the Riff mountains) they don't write vowels in the their script (Tifinagh), so you need to know...

Recently I had to send documents to s.o. via email. Even his colleagues at the other company made a typo writing his last name (Krawczyk, at least one vowel), and the email went nowhere.

This one is a made-up name, given to the area in 1944. ZZyzx' claim-to-fame was that it was the very last word, the English language [outside of the dictionary].
It's a curiously compelling twisty road which dead-ends (w/o warning) to a dirt road, where the locals give you the stink-eye.
