Thanks for this! Really got me laughing, as it would anyone my age who remembers when this first came out!

It just struck me reading through the past few pages of this thread that a 10th of a bushel is a decibushel (dB).Plural form of bushel
noun
- A dry measure, containing 8 gallons or 4 pecks.
- A vessel of the capacity of a bushel.
- An indefinitely large quantity. [Colloq.]
I/we liked W.T. Grants' lunch counter better, FWIW.Remember the Woolworth's lunch counter? Back when I was the age of 5 to 7 or so, this was considered fine dining

There was a great record and book store when I went to school here in B-burg (1969-73) and I loved looking through the bins and regularly bought LPs and then hit the SF shelves. I miss the perusing of the bins, but not the aggravation now of dealing with changing records. Nostalgic, just not for me anymore.
I still* have a fair amount of living space devoted to the licorice pizzas -- but, I, too, find that I seldom feel like investing the effort required to actually listen to one of them. There was a great record and book store when I went to school here in B-burg (1969-73) and I loved looking through the bins and regularly bought LPs and then hit the SF shelves. Sold all of mine a while after we moved here in 2004. Didn't feel like storing them anymore since I definitely wasn't going to be setting up another TT and playing them again. No regrets at all.I still* have a fair amount of living space devoted to the licorice pizzas -- but, I, too, find that I seldom feel like investing the effort required to actually listen to one of them.

I thought it was dBu.It just struck me reading through the past few pages of this thread that a 10th of a bushel is a decibushel (dB).
There is no manual, but we offer free trial and error.
Here, the storage part is already a sunk cost, so to speak.Sold all of mine a while after we moved here in 2004. Didn't feel like storing them anymore since I definitely wasn't going to be setting up another TT and playing them again. No regrets at all.
