Honestly, even beyond the fact that randomly putting words in a pyramid and then rearranging the sections shows nothing, if you are going to use a pyramid for the format then the smallest section should be the number that tops out at 12 and the next section should be the number that tops out at 31 and the bottom should be the number that doesn't have a limit.

And as to why fluid ounces are different to dry weight ounces, or troy weights...

Fathoms are quite nice. I used to like using fathoms.

Knots are a schmerz in the derriere.

But the Brits and their stones. Hahahahahahahahahaaaaa. What's a stone? It's seventeen and three quarter pounds.
 
In 60s Britain, Lsd was the abbreviation for pounds, shillings and pence. :)

It was actually from the Latin, librae, solidi and denarii and under this system, there were 12 pence in a shilling and 20 shillings, or 240 pence, in a pound. :oops:

Thankfully the UK went decimal when I was very young, but you'd still occasionally see things with the price written as Lsd.
