Over engineering of a garter belt? (has a lot of straps). I was going to post this in the over engineering thread but thought it was more appropriate here!

... mine (which is 30-plus years old, BTW) has a different super power. No matter which drawer I open, a different tool gets stuck when I try to close it again every time, every drawer. Usually it is a C-clamp, even though there aren't C-clamps in every drawer.

If NASA in the 1960s were designing astronaut garter belts*, they'd be this.

Yeah, assembly/disassembly would be very poor.
It just leads to a greater feeling of....anticipation! That song is wandering around in my mind right now.
