For the Addams Family fans..

Many years ago I saw an elderly lady on my ward round. She said that she must have strained herself when she moved house. I asked her where did you move to? She said "oh, Smith St". I stopped to think where that was, and she added "it's next to the cemetery". I asked "why did you move there?". She replied "because it's convenient!" with a bright smile.

I could not hide the look of shock on my face. The family saw me and burst out laughing. Her daughter said, "what mum meant was that her house is next to mine!".

Oh, and 'May contain nuts', not 'Does contain nuts'. What else would it be...
Peanuts are not nuts. Peanut allergies and nut allergies are different. It's not just true, it's legitimately useful to people with nut allergies to warn that a pack of peanuts may contain nuts.

Anyway, since this is the humour thread, here are some facts about nuts. (Some of them are even true.)

... or, perhaps, simply manifestation of the feline paradigm if I fits, I sits.

Any cat guardian knows that our little beasties possess a mysterious... gravity. As if they can summon mass from another dimension when needed. This usually manifests in how they get heavier when they snug into our laps, lie on us while in bed or want to be held for any length of time.

I would posit that "if I fits, I sits" is a unique paralleladigm.

Reminds me of the 2017 Ig Nobel prize winning paper On the Rheology of Cats

I am awestruck.
I stand in the presence of greatness.
