Which phone are you running? I couldn't get it working on my Pixel 8 so I moved on to Qudelix.
Samsung fold 6 and before fold 4 ( amazing phones especially 6 ), you have to put wavelet it in legacy mode. It works for me with qobuz, spotify and deezer in 48khz and below. I hear that it has problems with hirez.
Enabling enhanced session capture needs some technical prowess. But i did not need that.

Bought yesterday from amazon with coupon 27.99€ 22.39€, I absolutely dislike the stock cable, it's different from the one amirm has in the review, too thin, it looks very cheap and it doesn't stay in position around my ears, replaced with an silver balanced 4,4mm I bought from Aliexpress for 1.30€, the color fits nicely.
I don't really understand the different ear plugs, you have 6 pairs (including the red already installed), there are not clear indication on the instructions about the dimensions.

Why do you need instructions as to the dimensions of the eartips?, they either fit in your lugs, in which case “great” or they don't and you swap tips till they do.

I personally haven’t tried the stock tips as they appeared to be very flimsy and cheap, I have loads of aftermarket tips that I fiddled with till I found a good fit

In the stock cable picture it seems to me that it's connected in the wrong way to the iems, maybe that's why it couldn't stay correctly around your ears.

Moondrop Spring tips were always bass killers for me. They tame the excess bass nicely for me.

Impressed with these I bought the 7Hz Aero.

They're perhaps not quite as clean as the Zero 2s, however they sound good to my ears. I'd be interested in anyone else's opinion if its not too offtopic.

By wearing them cable down these are more convenient beater headphones. I don't care that much that the channels are reversed. These also have the benefit of not making me look like I'm jacked into the Matrix!

Aero show a well done u-shaped FR and should sound good, more emphasized than Zero 2 in the higher region. They are cheap but honestly I'd advise fr Kz EDC Pro instead, something in between Zero 2 and Aero but even cheaper and with detachable cable:

Nice finds of potentially better iems! However, frequency graphs alone may not reveal the full story- it is best if one can try the iems in person before purchase or if returns are possible. Just the other day, I compared the Kefine Delci to the Zero 2 side by side (both in stock form) for the same reason of nice-looking added treble. I seriously thought I would and wanted to like it more as an upgrade to the already great Zero 2 would be awesome. However, I found that with its strengths it also has its negatives realtive to the Zero 2, and after the pluses and minuses I ended up liking them about the same. The Zero 2 does cost 2-3 times less though so of course I did not make the purchase of the Delci I've been looking forward to. I've seen graphs of the Delci AE version with silver nozzles having consistently slightly smoother treble than the original AE, and from both experience and graphs Moondrop Spring tips do help to smooth uneven treble, so I intend to head to another place that opens tomorrow to try the AE version. That said, I do like the Zero 2 with Spring tips more than stock as well, so maybe I will end up liking them the same again :')

On the other hand, two iems you mentioned are priced within the same ballpark as the Zero 2 so they could be very viable and comparable alternatives for consideration (and sampling too :p)
*Edited for repetitive language from my tired brain

I use wavelet to equalise these. Just as amir stated the full correction makes the treble painful. Luckily wavelet can tone the eq back by a percentage, at 60% it feels ok and the sound is epic.

Did somebody move from these cheaper crazy value ones to the 7Hz Timeless? I'm very impressed with Hexas at the moment, but the Timeless would've been my "things didn't improve enough, throw money at the problem" next step up.

What makes you like more about the Sonus, if I may ask? It's in my basket so your comment made me curious.
Exactly what you can see from that FR comparison: Sonus has a tad more sub-bass, where Zero can result a little light on some songs, Sonus rises earlier in the pinna gain but are a bit less energetic in the 2.5k-4.5k range, avoiding the hint of shoutyness that Zero can give in some songs, Sonus are more smooth and linear in the highs region (don't know if it is due to the BA drivers) avoiding the 12k peak of Zero that can sometimes result predominant.
It's a matter of fine details, as i said i love both iems, Sonus just a bit more, I find them extremely clear with many genres, and greatly enjoyable even at low volume, that is a big selling point for me.
And again, even though Zero fit perfectly my ears, Sonus fit even better with their little wing on the back of the shell.

Thank you so much for your reply! You mentioning low volume listening is exactly what I'm looking for as well. I worried that the highs might get too smooth in such a case. That's why I was considering the Letshuoer S12 as well.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an alternative cord that's more substantial and a few inches longer? One that doesn't tangle?
