It depends on our ear canal shapes but to me they fit and stay fine.
Yup, I will check on myself. It depends on our ear canal shapes but to me they fit and stay fine.
Having music playing deep in our ears is almost like imagining it in our head, whereas having it playing on speakers in a room is connecting us to the world.Just got them today. The default tips fit me better than anything I have tried so far, and I have tried a few IEMs.
Absolutely wonderful sound. First impression is that nothing else in my collection can touch these. My 1500€ Clear MG seems like a joke. Combination of thunderous bass and so clear, fresh highs is something else. I think I still like 8350+7360 sound just a bit more, but the price difference...
Fortunately I don't really like to listen to IEMs so I think I can rationalize the thousands upon thousands spent on other setups.
Funny thing that you can buy this level of excellence for lunch money, run them from your phone and you just arrived at peak audiophile.
I'd like to see some evidence for that, because it doesn't gel with my experience.Having music playing deep in our ears is almost like imagining it in our head, whereas having it playing on speakers in a room is connecting us to the world.

Please keep your imagination to yourself as it is both offensive ill informed.I can imagine you would be the one person to stand up as Shakespeare was deep into a soliloquy in the Globe theatre and shout, “Nah…..I’m not buying that, never happened“![]()
Why settle with evidence and not demand a thesis?I'd like to see some evidence for that, because it doesn't gel with my experience.

Twat.Oooo, touchy are we?, i declare handbags at dawn. May he who swings first hit hardest…….fight!
Your demands for evidence should be nonexistant when somebody is sharing a personal experience. When the evidence is nonexistent.
Biggest load of bollocks I've ever heard.Your demands for evidence should be nonexistant when somebody is sharing a personal experience.
What are you even talking about? Even the most fervent objectivist won't go challenging personal experiences, it's not about that.Biggest load of bollocks I've ever heard.
That's my experience, so it is not to be challenged.
Man what evidence? It was late-night poetry.I'd like to see some evidence for that, because it doesn't gel with my experience.
I tried sealing the tuning port with a small piece of insulating tape: something changes in the bass intensity (as expected), but the noises remain. There's something else. To rule out a soft/hard human ear canal problem compared to the test instruments, we really need a SINAD vs. freq. plot below 30Hz. If the SINAD vs. freq. graph shows no noise, I.M.H.O. the problem is related to the fact that the artificial ear is rigid and not soft. If the SINAD vs. freq. graph shows noise, the problem is that THD isn't enough to evaluate the quality of this type of earphones...Some in-ears, including the Zero:2, have a port in the inner chamber of the earphone. This port exits just a few millimeters behind the nozzle. I wonder if this port gets blocked for some people either completely or intermittently when they insert the earphones.
No, these do not sound thin. It is very likely that you do not have a proper seal. Then the sound is thin, no doubt.Do these just not fit my ear? Is this an issue with some of these "nicer" IEMS's?

You do realize that the tips need to be inserted into your ear canal like picture B below? They don't just sit on your outer ear like Airpods, picture A.
