3D printed sphere speakers with Sica 5.5" coax drivers

I was just going to use them sealed with subs or even a bass module/stand.
I don't really like how this one looks sealed with a typical ~80Hz sub crossover. It works best as a mid so bass modules/stands are a great idea maybe crossed at 300Hz or so, perhaps with the Dayton Audio RSS315HF-4. I use this Sica sealed and crossed at 500Hz to midbass modules under each then crossed to a mono sub under 80Hz in a 4-way. Great coax.

Looks fine to me, doesn't matter much as I'm gonna be like 3ft from them.

Got my sica drivers finally. Going to attempt the passive xover but with some modifications. Simming the xover with my data shows some issues but I'll have to assemble the stock xover and measure to see. Reverse null is more like a small valley and one can achieve a much more linear top end and better woofer filtering by changing two parts and adding a cap and resistor. Very cheap mod for what should result in much better driver integration. One could simply the fix the FR errors with EQ, but not the phase. While pretty confident in my assessment I'll have to wait for the parts to get here to really know.

As far as the drivers sound, pretty good. Great in NF but the HF isn't as good as my SB26ADC speaker. Having no lobes is really hard to beat though. I'm quite sold on coaxial now but I would like to hear one with a smoother tweeter. Part of me wishes I had bought a q1 meta and called it a day. Ended up spending too much on the sica's dealing with hassles and import fees.

I will say my tweeters on the sica don't really match any other data I've seen online for them. I've got some pretty nasty peaks that confuse me.
