I just assembled these 3d-printed speakers! I used Dayton Audio RS100 as woofer and SB Acoustics SB26STCN-C000-4 as tweeter. The enclosure is 3 liters sealed. The material is ABS, and it is printed with 30% gyroid infill. I made the design myself using SoundForm as simulation tool.

I use Dayton Audio KABD-4100 with DSP as amp.

The speakers sounds very good. Crystal clear og good imaging. Limited bass ofc (measured f3 is 120), so they should be paired with a subwoofer. I am using a 60 liter ported enclosure with Dayton Audio UM12 as subwoofer here.

Let me know if you want 3D-models for printing it yourself! The design is super easy to print, and easy to assembly. Attached you can see some of the models from CAD.

I first thought you meant printed speaker drivers, but in fact it's the enclosures! Still - good on yer, lad!

It seems to me there is such a wide range of printable materials available now, this is a good area for new designs, especially as you can make shapes that are not cost effective, or even impossible to fashion from slabs of tree or other sheet materials.

Send something to Amir for test when you reckon you have something cool.
