2nd generation EIGENTAKT PURIFI 1ET6525SA (successor to the 1ET400A)

Nope. Data points to a power supply limited 1ET9040BA.
250/500 W and 30 A corresponds to a 1ET9040BA mated to an excellent power supply with rails at around +/- 24 V.
Say... Speaking of the devil... ;-)

no measurements available yet? :p

words that are worth everything :)

... and maybe more expensive with more inaudible difference?

the new module is closer to the size of the older 1et400?
if you will need a replacement in 1et400 based amplifiers ... these modules are now discontinued ... maybe you can use the new modules?

Then you could possibly upgrade a NAD M33, ...?
I definitely cannot comment on that. On our end, we have to tweak our input board ever so slightly because there is one small voltage change on one pin of the 6525SA as it pertains to OUR MCU (5v instead of 3.3v).

Is there any logic in the Purify model naming scheme? I'm confused everytime I see 149747etb but the new 149747ettb is much better not to be compared with the 1497477etb which is the old module..:p
Yeah I made those up because I couldn't remember the exact ones.

They changed from
1 channel
ET eigentakt technology
400 watts into 4 ohms
A amplifier

to
1 channel
ET eigentakt technology
65 volts input
25 amps output max
S single? that is, not bridged
A amplifier

another one
1 channel
ET eigentakt technology
90 volts input
40 amps output max
B bridged
A amplifier

This may be my next amp :) Probably all the amp anyone will ever need.
