$20k for dream 2.0 or 2.1 rig

Following the recent Geithain 901 thread I was reminded of that setup in Club Der Visionare. Since I mainly listen to electronic music my dream rig would definitely be to recreate that club in my lounge room.
A big part is the open air setting near the river. You can't do tat sound inside i'm affraid as the open air and the river has an effect on it, audible (water reflects sound far and loud) and psychologically (the atmosphere it creates). The sound there is customised to the club i heared when i was there years ago; i think any good higher power system (compression drivers and big woofers) can get that sound as it was not that exceptional (but not bad neighter).

I thought I saw in the 901 discussion that they switched to bullfrogs.

I don't even remember what they got there, i mainly remember the scenery, sitting on the terrace next to the river with (local) friends after a heavy night out on a hot summer night, seeing the sun rise... The music was there but was not that important in the experience, especially as we came from the legendaric Tresor club before.

But it's over a decade ago, so who knows what was there then. I don't remember.

Luckily for me, my house is on a lake!

But I spent a lot of my time there inside on the dance floor. I thought it sounded great. But then again my memories of that place were always a little hazy
