What are the pros and cons of using a single dac versus a balanced design. Considering it is feeding into balanced topology to a balanced headphone with my benchmark hpa4... It's the only thing in my chain that is not balanced. Is this fine? I considered implementation to be more important. But...

I'm been looking for a nice amp to pair with my rme adi 2 dac. Is the aune x7s good enough? The only restriction is I want something not too big. It has to be a little wider than the rme. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
