denon avr-x3800h

Hello there! I started reading here a while ago and only here got into contact with (ext.) DACs and their performance and almost fell into a rabbithole... Now to my question: I want to upgrade my audio setup (see below) and need an external amp at some point since i am adding 2 more speakers...

I have the opportunity to get a barely used 6700H (the newer updated version) for around $1500 but the X3800H new is on sale for $1350. Any thoughts?

Received the Denon notification and was able to add it to my Denon.com Cart for purchase. Not sure if I want to wait on Test results, still need an AVR with it's capabilities, but already expect disappointment after the 3800 Review. Undecided :confused:
