Why do you tempt me so brother bear?

DX7S arrived yesterday from Aoshida (in place of the DX7), sans the remote. Enjoying everything immensely! Build quality, features, sound quality all exceeded my expectations. Many thanks to those on ASR that led me down the path to this great unit. Especially Jimster and Amirm!

I am with you FunctionalDoc. Pulled the trigger on a DX7, also from Aoshida. Second purchase from Aliexpress, really had no problems in the past, just waiting. They say it's the hardest part.

AliExpress has some type of sale going on. They have both the DX7 ($340) and the DX7s ($425) available. Is there a better option between these two?

I too have this DAC and have been very pleased with its performance. But at the same time, also has been susceptible to noise/hiss, which was remedied with ferrite cores on the cables.
