Did you purchase the song/album from iTunes? Your screenshot shows that song is being stored in the cloud so I would suggest deleting it from the cloud/library and retrying to stream it.

To be fair though, most of those amps were evaluated and measured with different gain settings. I think both the THX 789 and 887 (Monoprice one) had some of the test run showing Low, Medium and High gain. That has been pretty common practice in the reviews.

Maybe the translation is out of context but It’s really astonishing to me how much contempt he has for his customers based on this 3 sentence answer. Like at least fake it and state how much of your time, money and R & D went into the high end products that justify a premium price.
