With nothing hooked up to the rca input I just tried using the auxiliary 3.5mm as an input and nothing happened.

I have the A07 pro and I used the aux out to another amps line in. I the rca on the a07 is an input. I hope this helps.

This unit is similar to mine as it has a power off switch. When switched off it's off and so is it's Bluetooth.
