Which amplifier was used to power the R200s for Rooskie's tests? I didn't notice that anywhere in this thread. I assume Rooskie would use a sufficiently powerful 4-ohm capable amp, but without the amp being stated, that's still an uncomfirmed assumption. About the speakers being defective...
