A nice all in one unit featuring 108+ sinad and great bit linearity on the dac portion, great performance on the amp portion(Within reach of the JDSLabs Atom), digital volume control to avoid channel imbalances, and a remote if possible. If it's priced at 250$, it will be unbeatable

Those were my initial thoughts as well. I've tested my malfuctioned Topping unit on two computers: My pc and laptop. Both were running the latest version of windows and had shown no improvement.

We seem to have experienced the same issue then. Mine's been stuck in standby mode, but according to the Topping service people, it might not be the adapter.

Sorry, I have to ask this again from another member here. By random power-offs, do you mean a complete shutdown or does the LCD display a dot, like it does in standby mode?

That sucks, I hope UPS can do something about it.

Ah, okay. I've no 15V1A adapters around, so I can't really test if it's the power brick failing. However, I'm in the process of claiming my warranty right now; it's a very slow and arduous process.
