Technics SU-R1 is an (expensive) option at about 7000 EUR in Europe. Technics SL-G700 is a bit more affordable (if you can say that for a 2500 EUR streamer) but only has coaxial and optical outputs.

I feel the same, but only by looking at the physical size and specs. I wish I could test them before deciding between Elac and Genelec, but I have no way to do this where I live. Nobody is showcasing the Elacs

Hello everybody as this is my first post here! Thanks for all the valuable information you provide. Can anyone tell me the minimum recommended listening distance for these speakers? I'm planning to use them really close (about 0.7 m) and I can't decide between these and Genelec 8030.
