thanks for the replies guys, very helpful! how about buying a minidsp flex as a preamp with a power amp, it has an analog input where i could connect my external phonostage (digital source would be my ipad/spotify —> bluetooth), sounds like the easiest solution to me, right?

sorry to hijack the thread but it kinda fits here and this whole minidsp thing is still a little bit confusing to me :D i have an yamaha 701 amp, external phonostage and external dac. how can i integrate room correction into this system?

Hey i'm getting some audio lags on windows 10 from time to time (they last maybe 3 seconds) and am wondering if this has maybe something to do with the drivers/settings of my e30. Anyone else had this issue before?

I was in a similar position as you are and wanted a upgrade for my HD600 (+Topping L30/E30). Settled on the LCD2 classic. Are they better sounding? Yeah they are, but it wasn't night and day and the differeneces were not worth another 800€ in my oppinion. So i sold them after just 2 months and...

so after two months of no movement my parcel with the new l30 is suddenly „over warranty“ (whatever that means) and they will send it again... :rolleyes:

yeah, same here. when i'm drawing or doing some other work i need something going on in the background. listening to ambient/drone music helps me to keep focus. although hard to get on wax, there has been a huge japanese ambient revival in the last few years that i really dug aswell as stuff...
