    make a conversion in Mp3tag

Select the tracks you want to convert tags for. In the "Convert" menu select "Tag - Tag" In the "Field:" drop-down select "TITLE" In "Format string:" add this text - %track% %title% The only problem is that track numbers 1 to 9 will be generated as single digits, not 01 to 09.

For Streaming local media only, Wiim Pro Plus vs Ultra ...or something else?

Another tip - I understand as endpoints you have a WiiM Ultra, and also a Denon X3800H. Lyrion control apps will "see" the WiiM Ultra straight away - because the WiiM Ultra is LMS/Lyrion-compatible. But the X3800H has only DLNA-compatibility, so if you want to use the X3800H you will need to...

For Streaming local media only, Wiim Pro Plus vs Ultra ...or something else?

Once you have Lyrion up and running you can try the many interfaces available for it, and decide on your favourite. From another forum thread I think you have an Android phone - the Android apps I'm aware of for Lyrion are - Squeezer SqueezePlayer Orange Squeeze Squeeze Ctrl

For Streaming local media only, Wiim Pro Plus vs Ultra ...or something else?

Great! I strongly recommend you enable the "Material Skin" plugin, which then lets you control Lyrion from the Material Skin user interface - accessed from any web browser on the same network.

For Streaming local media only, Wiim Pro Plus vs Ultra ...or something else?

I'm a big fan of Lyrion, myself - I have run Lyrion on a Windows computer and also on a Mac Mini. But with the hardware listed by GabrielPhoto in the original post - I can't see it's possible to run Lyrion on a commercially available router. Yes, routers sometimes include a DLNA server...

For Streaming local media only, Wiim Pro Plus vs Ultra ...or something else?

Yes, DLNA is a great option, especially since GabrielPhoto's Denon X3800H is a DLNA-compatible endpoint - so no need to buy a WiiM ... but as @dedobot said, this assumes the router mentioned in post #1 is capable of running a DLNA server. @GabrielPhoto can you tell us the brand/model of your...

    fossi amps

The Fosi ZA3 is a stereo amplifier The Fosi HT4S is a stereo amplifier with 5 speaker outputs. Why are you connecting these two amplifiers together? And what is your "normal" source device, apart from the turntable/mixer? Are you attempting to feed this source into both amplifiers? If so...

Selft hosted music streaming solutions ?

Regarding the DLNA Bridge plugin, I just remembered - in the Lyrion settings go to the Plugins tab, and next to the UpNP/DLNA Bridge listing, go to Settings. I think there will be a setting for "Binary" with a drop-down selection of either "shared" or "static". As I remember it the shared...

Selft hosted music streaming solutions ?

Damn. I have tested the DLNA Bridge compatibility with two endpoint devices; an AudioPro Addon C5 and a Raspberry Pi 3b+ running DietPi and GmediaRender. Both work great, but I know that the DLNA standard is so broad that certain devices simply won't play nice with each other. EDIT: I've...

Selft hosted music streaming solutions ?

Once the "DLNA Bridge" plugin is enabled, and Lyrion re-started, then your user interface of choice (iPeng, Material Skin, etc) should simply see the Denon as a valid player/endpoint. True, but can you not use Last.fm instead? Sorry, I'm not familiar with these services. Alternatively I see...

Selft hosted music streaming solutions ?

Lyrion is open source and has a 25 year development history, and is highly regarded. https://lyrion.org/ It was formerly known as LMS, formerly known as SqueezeBox SqueezeServer. Lyrion normally acts as server for LMS-compatible endpoints, but it also has a "DLNA Bridge" plugin which allows it...

Wiim and network streaming, recommendation needed.

Having just offered words of support for DLNA, I must say I only use it when other options are unavailable, or those options are too difficult to set up. Given a choice, I would always opt for Lyrion (LMS). The WiiM Ultra is a Lyrion compatible endpoint, so that's what I recommend...

Wiim and network streaming, recommendation needed.

I agree with BillG that the behaviour of various DLNA server applications can be annoyingly inconsistent, but there are several DLNA servers that are particularly reliable in my experience over the years - - MinimServer, as obsessive9119 mentioned. - Minidlna. - oShare.

Wiim and network streaming, recommendation needed.

@GabrielPhoto I suggest you consider installing something like Lyrion on your HTPC in addition to Emby. Continue using Emby for your video/TV needs, and Lyrion for music - they can happily coexist.

longshot: is there a proper streamer out there that supports the Subsonic server API ?

OK so you are streaming from NAS via Subsonic to your laptop ... running something like "Subclient" on the laptop, perhaps? It seems to me you don't need a streamer (aka "renderer") since your laptop already performs that function, and a cabled connection is perfectly suitable from laptop/DAC to...

longshot: is there a proper streamer out there that supports the Subsonic server API ?

Those are all cabled connections, there's no streaming involved! So why are considering the purchase of a streamer? If you are happy with that (decades old) technical model ie. the cable runs are physically practical, and you are happy that your control interface will be fixed, not mobile -...

Denon X3800 how to stream the music loss less to external DAC?

That is technically sub-optimal. HDMI multiplex/demultiplex chips have high rates of jitter, but more importantly most are locked, by design, at 48kHz - which is the native sample rate of digital TV broadcasting, as well as most Blu-ray discs. But TIDAL may send you streams which are 44.1kHz...
