Yeah definitely, I EQ to Harman and adjust to taste from there. Although I do actually find my 560s fine without EQ as well.

There are many EQs available already for the 560s. I'm sure @Tano knows what he/she is doing, but there are plenty of EQs available here.

I found this a good place to start, EQ to Harman curve and adjust from there. Normally the 15 or 31 band EQs are GEQ, which is limited to set frequencies and Qs so you'd need parametric EQ ideally.

Wiim are going to be adding an option to use multiple measurements in the near future, which should allow for even better results. I'm unsure whether it will follow the REW MMM approach or more akin to Audyssey with fixed mic positions.

Yes you can connect a cd player and use the Wiim as a preamp and the volume control is done in the digital domain (as is the EQ).

Both Pros connect to the same access point, the other Pro is on a different floor and has never had an issue.
