I guess the Fiio K9 would fit perfect, but it's too expensive. Could anybody recommend a device like the K9 in cheaper or a solution with 2 devices?

Nothing really, cut down this is what i'm trying to get, a device which has.. the RT81+ connected via RCA my mini-pc connected via USB-A (or C) to USB-B (or C)? balanced output to my T8V monitors via XLR (or sth like XLR to TRS) (a physical volume knob would be nice, but not mandatory)...
