There are many reported case in Fosi's forum and review page. I saw a few here as well. Go back 1 page you can see there's a few reported. Youtube Reviewer New Record Day also had one burned.

I am really interested to get a pair of V3 Mono amp, but saw there is a lot of issue with the amp burning. Not sure if Fosi have solved the issue with newer batch of V3 mono? Anyone who recently bought the V3 mono encountered any issue?
