NAD M10 V3 BluOS STREAMING AMPLIFIER

There is a setting on the TV. I think it is one of the CEC settings, it isn't specific to the NAD.

Apple TV 4K vs Windows PC for playback

Also, be sure the Turn Off Loud Sounds option in the Audio/Video settings of the ATV4K isn't engaged. That setting compresses the dynamic range significantly. The enhance dialog option doesn't impact music, the Turn Off Loud Sounds does impact music.

MAC OSX Sequoia + Rogue Amoeba SoundSource Issues

I'm about done too. I'm not a power user at all, but use it to eq headphones and AirPods which used to work well. Huge latency now and can't watch any kind of video without significant sync issues. Looking at alternatives.

    Suggestion on Amplifier under $1000

That can be speaker positioning issue as well. Have you tried to move them further apart or closer together? Do you have hard floors and/or windows near the speakers. All of these things can cause what you are referring to.

KEF LS50 Wireless II + KEF KC92 sub Vs. Buchardt A10 Speakers + Buchardt SUB10?

I have the Kef Wireless II with 2 KC 62 Subs. When I added the 2nd sub, it really rounded out the sound. As you mentioned, i don't sit too far away about 3 meters and don't need it to get too loud. The Kef app really allows for easy integration with the subs including high and low pass and...

1st REW Measurements KEF LS50 Wireless II with KC62 sub

Thank you. I'll watch that and play around with REW a bit more. Is the 42Hz peak a room mode that might be calmed down with a 2nd sub or is that overkill?

1st REW Measurements KEF LS50 Wireless II with KC62 sub

Thanks for the reply That's it, just the 42Hz peak? Would it just be a PK filter in REW? I'll need to figure out how to create filters.

1st REW Measurements KEF LS50 Wireless II with KC62 sub

Hello ASR - I have been trying to figure out REW and finally made some measurements. I mostly read through posts and various YouTube videos. Speaker settings are the default "expert" settings in the KEF app, Bass Extension Settings = "less"; Subwoofer Gain (-1.0); Sub High Pass 70.0Hz; Sub...

    Need Advice on Room Treatment

The absorption might work on the left speaker, but it is more how wide open it is to the dining room vs right which has walls and windows closer to the speaker. Those reflections will bounce back to you first, possibly creating a timing differential and that could impact the imaging. I'm not...

    Need Advice on Room Treatment

My guess is the stereo image is partially related to the first reflection. The wide open space to the left of the left speaker vs the right which has earlier reflection points. Are you able to move something to cover the left speaker early reflection (furniture, room divider etc) temporarily to...

Wiim Pro Plus with Apple TV for PEQ GEQ purposes

I'm looking for some thoughts/guidance. I'm using Apple TV 4K into HDMI ARC on LG Oled TV then from TV (passthrough) to KEF LS50 Wireless II via HDMI. I would like to add PEQ or GEQ to help with issues in the 1k-3khz range and some basic room issues. I actually want to EQ for Tv sound as well...

Hopefully someone with more knowledge responds, but have you tried with a different amp or preamp to eliminate that as the problem?
