Thank you, I was just worried I had a defect unit.

I just noticed mine pans to the left more and more when I'm turning down the knob to the lowest volumes. Is it normal for an amp? Also, my volume knob isn't smooth all the way, it's like a mix between smooth and scratchy.

I was definitely satisfied! I paired it up with Sonarworks SoundID Reference. In case you didn't know, you can set a flat profile to then make a personal EQ, I can't understate how much it helped.

I can imagine :D I just can't feel the music at my current 48 mW (my Scarlett), and I notice a difference at 180 mW (BTR7), can't wait to try 1W< lol.
