Your English is excellent. Nice review. Take care and best wishes.

    Neumann KH420 Review (Studio Monitor)

Indeed, except that the KH150 is designed for nearfield use and is not particularly effective at longer distances. I suspect that the the KH310 II will be next, but I have nothing to base that on except my feelings.

Neumann KH 310A Review (Powered Monitor)

In the past maybe, but low distortion with Neuman KH150's make this quite unnecessary. Times change. Measurements count - not subjective impressions.

Neumann KH 310A Review (Powered Monitor)

Not true with the lowest octave if the monitors measure flat at the LP down to 40 Hz and one does not need the lowest octave. Subs are almost always incorrectly used.

    Neumann KH 150 Monitor Review

Not with MA1. You could purchase a room equalization program.

They are pretty. The measurements are awful. Compare to Neumann KH120 II's.

    Neumann KH150

One of the factors that make Neumann monitors good for nearfield and very nearfield use.

    Neumann KH150

I want to clarify the issue, with Neumann monitors, in my analysis. First, they are front ported or not ported at all. That makes a big difference from rear ported. Second, one must consider the issue of reflected sound interfering with the direct sound. A little reflected sound is good...

Neumann KH 310A Review (Powered Monitor)

Loud does not mean low bass. They are designed as nearfield monitors. The KH 310's do not use DSP. So why does DSP have anything to do with integrating them with subs?

Neumann KH 310A Review (Powered Monitor)

We do not know what the new 310's will be like. We have to wait and see. Speculation is just that - speculation.

Neumann KH 310A Review (Powered Monitor)

There is little or no purpose using a sub if a monitor already accurately reproduces sources above 40 Hz. There is very little content below this. Neumann says that the amps in its new monitors are similar to class D. They do an excellent job of powering the KH150's and KH120 II's. The...

Neumann KH 310A Review (Powered Monitor)

I like my KH310's very much. In fact they are used for the main recording console in my studio. I have KH150's/KH120II's on two other workstations. In practical terms I have no preference - although if pressed I have a slight preference for the KH150's. I wonder however, if I could tell a...

That is a thought. It will be fascinating to see what it is.

Neumann KH 310A Review (Powered Monitor)

I think it is very likely that the next monitor that Neuman introduces will be a KH310 II, which will have DSP. I think that their big problem is designing a monitor that is significantly better than the KH150. That is a tough assignment.

Neumann KH 310A Review (Powered Monitor)

I have a KH750 for use with my KH310's but ---- it is not hooked up at the present. The reason is that none of the music I produce has any content below 40 Hz. Indeed, with very few exceptions very little music produced has any content in that lowest octave. There is some pipe organ music, a...
