Yea, the sound is good so far for music. My friend thinks the dialogue is slightly muffled on tv, so that must just be the sound of the speakers.

How do I match the levels of the bass with the mid-range / treble? Just play a 1k Hz sine tone and match dB output? Isn't the bass supposed to be louder? I'm using four mono amps to power a single set of speakers.

I am sending the output of my dac direct to the sub, and the Elacs are playing full-range. It seems I have to set it to the lowest 50hz setting, or slightly higher, to sound okay and not be too boomy.

I have a few questions: Does changing the XLR op-amp in the ZA3 amount to any improvement or change in sound? Also, how can leaving the op-amps empty result in a sound improvement? Is really true? Is it okay to run the op-amps empty?
