The BT on/off setting is only missing if you switch through the options inside the settings menu using the remote (+/- buttons, </> to change the setting). When using the volume wheel to switch through the options, the BT on/off setting is there.

I do. I rather like that I can wake it from stand-by by connecting bluetooth or switching on the connected CD player.
