I have a pair of kh120ii and one of my speaker doesn't wake up from standby mode unless I turn it off and turn it back on with the switch at the back (basically same issue as urs)

Imo kh120ii somewhat reminds me of planar magnetic headphone sounds. Very detailed, dry/analytical sound but feels little less dynamical/musical. Ofc it's much better. Liked the thicc, warm sound of krk vxt8 better for music listening but that thing was hiss noise machine

so you have to buy $300~400 ma1 mic just to turn led off on the speaker? lame cant believe they put neumann logo led off feature behind paywall for $1000 speaker lol led logo is so shiny + annoying during the night time since it's so close to your eye

also does this speaker has any hiss noise? I used krk vxt8 active speaker few years ago and the hiss noise was really bad. thinking of getting passive speaker because of active speaker hiss noise issue but kh120ii is very well reviewed so I was wondering whether kh120ii is hiss free

I remember reading something about kh120ii resonance issue when I read this post few months ago. did it get fixed? I wanted to buy it at the time but that issue put me on hold

if the problem is setup, and nothing to do with speaker, then how can two different ppl find resonance problem with their speaker measurement :rolleyes: like u said, hopefully we can see more measurements, with different setups
