    Who knows, those 16/44.1 are deblurred by MQA in plain PCM. No MQA metadata. It does not require MQA DAC or Software Decoder and people are loving it cause there's no MQA light in it and then they spout how MQA sound quality is worse. lol

    same can be said to albums that have been remastered and offered in other streaming services with the marketing "as the artist intended". "better than lossless" that's exclusive to MQA.

    It is a little complicated. Different regions uses different mastering of the same title. Even in plain 16/44.1 FLAC.

    Apparently you didn't read posts. Most of Warners 16/44.1 catalogue in Tidal are MQA encoded.
