If you have other EQ adjustments or effects applied along with the delay, they could interact in unexpected ways, but this isn't inherently a problem with the delay alone.
Agree. And personally I wouldn’t touch it. So, applying science (the S in ASR), is this a good amp or not? Many people will come to this site, read the first few pages, see the recommendation by Amir and the 70% support and thinks its absolutely marvellous.
And yet quoting Amir:
‘I have no choice but to bow to their mission and abilities.
It is my absolute pleasure to recommend the Topping B100 monolock amplifier.’
And it appears 70% of ASR members who voted agree with him.
Video here showing functionality for those that are interested. Must say it would be a pretty neat little unit if its spec’s were good. Pity we’re not going to find out - surely this one tested has a fault?
It’s interesting isn’t it. This device does exactly what it’s intended to do, and for a very reasonable price. People that buy it hopefully know what and why they are buying ie should expect to get as per measured and how it sounds - it’s tubes. So why is it rating ‘poor’?

Amir, if I may give you advise:
1. Don’t panic.
2. Stand strong. Set your stance and don’t back down. Make sure your lawyer agrees with that stance.
3. Be a little cautious about what you write. If court action happens, your writings may be produced in Court. Typically it would go like this...
Would the separate review be a test with feet in or feet out? It would probably have to be with feet out to replicate Erins results, then you could just end up in the same boat as Erin, especially since you knew the test should be done feet in.
I used to be a criminal court prosecutor. However, I won’t even attempt to speak of civil law in a country that’s not mine.
My comments (and only an opinion) here would be: Don’t panic. Let it evolve and watch before taking any action over a fund, there would be plenty of time if actual action...
