I am utilizing an Onkyo TX-RZ70 AV Receiver currently. May switch it up to an amplifier when they move rooms later this year.

Yeah luckily I was able to pick up a demo set +10% off of that so it was under 4k for the set. I probably wouldn't have paid full price. They sound really great so far but haven't moved them to an optimal spot or played with equalization/DSP yet.

My demo set that just arrived from audio advisor came with black grills. They look really clean with the black front. I'm tempted to see if they can ship the off-white ones to compare.

Gotcha. I hope the Mofis sound great and look good enough for the wife to be fine with them. I like the classic look with the off-white grill if I keep that on. Guess I'll find out when they arrive tomorrow. Appreciate the insight.

These speakers look really good. Make me question ordering the Mofi 888 this weekend - even a demo set with 10% off coupon is still almost twice the price of these.
