I bought a couple on Extron XPA1002, but one seems to be NOT working. After I plug it in, I get both clipping red leds turned on and, obviously, nothing happends when I send signal. I dissasembled it and everything looks OK without anything burned. Any recommendations? Cheers.

I think balanced cables is good for RCA interconnects. I use the mesh shield as ground, and both conductors as (+). Normally, balanced cables are very flexible.

No expert here, but I think that would mean less diffraction and slightly smoother highs... Heismann Acoustics have some writings about baffle diffraction.

Right now I am not running the ADAU1701, but I've used it with the PCM5102 DAC from Aliexpress to get 2 extra outputs (2in6out). Even thou I am a beginner user, getting it setup was quite simple.

I agree with you. Subwoofer is a must; in fact I have 3x 10" sealed SW for that duty. I will take a look on the other satellites you mention. I think my limit is a 4" mid, bigger than that there are tons of good choices, active or passive... but 4" or lower is quite limited.
