How many generations old is this speaker? At least 15 years old, right? Interesting choice for a review, not sure what we’re supposed to learn about reviewing a several generations old speaker that isn’t exactly a well known model.

Honestly, this review and the responses have convinced me that that this AVR does not perform at the levels that NAD claims. I will be returning this unit for a refund based on this review’s stated performance issues. If a Denon at 1/3 the price performs better then I’ll switch back to a Denon.

Does anyone know which of this amp’s measurements are audibly different from the AVRs ranked ahead of it on this site? Before Covid I never paid attention to the measurements. I’d love for someone to tell me what I’m supposed to be listening for. My interest in this site really got piqued once...
