I saw Hifigo have an option where if you select a premium shipping option they absorb the customs fees themselves. But the premium shipping cost doesn't come anywhere near the customs charge. Not sure how they make that work.

Interesting, this is what I expected to happen. As mentioned above my previous order was probably lost on the haze of COVID hence not getting any customs charge. At least we know!
